Rite Aid has closed the (former) Payless Drug Store located at 2055 Solano Ave. in Vallejo,CA. The store which was a horrible mess has been replaced by a new store located on the site of a former Lucky Store located at 2001 Solano Ave. Im quite suprised Rite Aid built a new store so close to the old store as the area is REALLY bad. The one thing Solano Ave. does have the easy accessability to I-80 so people can get the hell out of the area.
