Former Downtown Bellevue Marina Safeway to be reoccupied

It appears that an independent store is going to be moving into downtown Bellevue. This is the former Marina Safeway in downtown Bellevue that was closed in 2008 when Safeway moved to a larger store next door. The old Bartell Drugs space next door has also been reoccupied by a consignment furniture store recently, so it looks like the plans that were previously made to tear this down and put up a new highrise on the site have been put on indefinite hold (not that I'm complaining, it would block the cool view from my office.)
