It's called Cravings by 99 Ranch:

Initial store is 56,000 sq. ft. which is bigger than the average 99 Ranch Market. It's in a former Food4Less that closed in 2014.

Re: New warehouse format from 99 Ranch Market
99 Ranch sure seems to try a lot of different concepts.
They opened in a slice of a former Ralphs/Albertsons in Folsom and the store seems to have moderate, but not great, traffic. There is a noticeable effort there to try to cater to various Asian groups, not just Chinese.

Re: New warehouse format from 99 Ranch Market
I was noticing on the street view this was originally called 168 Market with Cravings food. Does 99 own 168 as well? There is a big 168 in a former Vons in Alhambra thats been there for years now.
