They filed for Chapter 11 citing "legacy debt" challenges and supply chain disruptions.
Elizabeth Arden bought Revlon in 2016 and the company changed names to Revlon.
Rival Coty seems to be doing better as they have deals to make beauty products using brands such as Gucci, Adidas, Calvin Klein, etc.

Looks like Revlon bought Elizabeth Arden, not the other way around.Alpha8472 wrote: ↑July 24th, 2022, 3:08 pm They filed for Chapter 11 citing "legacy debt" challenges and supply chain disruptions.

I wonder if there are still some hidden "assets" (which attracted Ron Perelman) from the former Food Fair/Pantry Pride that will see the light of day as the bankruptcy unfolds.

I think the original plan of Pantry Pride was so he could write off a loss while making an overall profit. Anything from the original company was probably liquidated a long time ago…what were you expecting?

The Food Fair Empire was vast, diversified, multi-national and clandestine or concealed.
Perhaps Ron kept some of the more obscure assets around?
