Interesting question with this latest opening - looks like "Butcher Block" will remain with Albertsons stores. I don't believe any Safeway meat counters have seen this term applied, though I certainly do *not* know.
New build NorCal Safeway units have the Butcher Block fixture above meat/seafood and remodels into "Modern" decor.

Save Mart also still refers to the meat/seafood counter as Butcher Block in the former Albertsons units (though it is not signed as that).

Albertsons is really the only traditional grocer in Billings. This is a market Hy-Vee should be entering, not markets in the Upland South like Nashville.
