Anyway… going back to Fred Meyer for a second. I was visiting family in Utah this last week, and we spent some time in the Idaho Falls and Pocatello areas. Neither of the stores in IF or Pocatello had receipt checks yet.

I see the receipt checks at a limited number of stores and never even being close to chainwide.
