Citgo says there was a gas and diesel mix up that is affecting many Citgo supplied gas stations in Florida. It seems like this has happened before at many gas stations. However, this time it happened due to human error at a terminal in Tampa.

I am sure their minds are pretty distracted in Florida right about now... Given the hurricane. Now there will be additional issues to deal with.
