The boneless wing craze is surging at restaurants. The younger the customer, the more they prefer boneless chicken. Bones are too messy and too much trouble to eat. Gen Z wants something that you don't have eat with your hands.
The older you are the more likely you are to dislike boneless wings.
Restaurant chains seem to like boneless wings as they can charge more and make more of a profit.
I was at Wingstop Saturday and it was packed. All these young people seem to love their boneless wings. You go to a chicken wing restaurant just to buy overpriced chicken nuggets.
Every order was in a Styrofoam container and sealed with stickers in a huge grocery store sized paper bag. Everything was designed for take out even if you are dining in the restaurant. It was so wasteful.

Also food with a bone still in it has a different taste than food without. I assume the substances in the bone add to the flavor.
