Today, I was looking at the Brookfield Properties website to see what retail properties they own. I know that in the Puget Sound area, they own Westlake Center, Alderwood Mall and The Shops at The Bravern. But I noticed the Bellis Fair Mall in Bellingham, WA was no longer on the list. So this is actually old news now, but here’s the article about it:

That Bellingham Mall is the closest Target to the Canada line there isn't it?
That in itself should make it a really viable mall as that should be drawing in a ton of traffic alone. But that is a rather lousy Target and I'm surprised Target hasn't figured out a way to get a better/larger store there.
