Harbor Freight ramping up TV/Radio ads
I have noticed over the last few weeks that Harbor Freight has been heavily advertising on both radio and TV in my area (Portland market) I don't really recall them using these methods much, if at all, in the past, making me wonder if their sales are struggling, or if something else prompted this. I have purchased a few things there over the years, and find their quality to be a mixed bag. Some items hold up surprisingly well, where other items break and/or wear out quickly. They have opened quite a few new locations in this area over the last 10 years or so.

They're a growing, national chain that does e-commerce, so it makes sense. They've advertised on basic cable on and off for awhile, and their ads pop-up online pretty regularly.
