World Market is closing in Sparks, NV and will be replaced with a Trader Joe's.
They have done a self liquidation. The store is mostly empty now and they have started to disassemble fixtures. It does not appear they are having a fixture sale. It appears this liquidation started on approximately 2/12 and will stop on approximately 3/23. There is a customer retention offer of a paper with a 10% off coupon good at the Reno location which is a good 20+ minutes away.
They started everything at 20% off and sold more than half of their inventory the first week of the liquidation sale. They are still only 20% off on food but have gone higher percentage off on other categories with lighting at 60% off being the highest current discount.
