Jack in the Box has brought back the popcorn chicken again. This time they are jumping on the sauced and loaded trend. KFC has just introduced sauced nuggets. Now there are sauced and loaded popcorn chicken items at Jack In The Box.
The sauce actually makes these menu items pretty good.

The saucing helps these items transport for delivery services. The thing I do not like is some of these places have a mixing bowl to do the "saucing" and I am not sure how often those bowls get clean.
The Popeyes I have been going to was using the who knows when cleaned mixing bowl to sauce/mix its bone in wings but they decided to give up on that and now they just throw the six wings into a box and squirt a ton of sauce on top of them and that is it.
It should also cut costs to sauce this way which comes out of gallon jugs, as opposed to giving out sauce packets which have pretty high cost now.
