IHOP Serving Exclusive Pepsi Maple Soda

IHOP is serving the exclusive Pepsi Maple soda at their restaurants. I don't think I have ever heard of IHOP getting an exclusive soda flavor.

I know I have seen IHOP "Rooty Rooty Fresh and Fruity" flavored Lays potato chips at Walmart recently, but have not tried them. I'm assuming the maple flavored Pepsi is part of the same deal?

The Rooty Tooty Fresh and Fruity breakfast has been brought back at IHOP many times over the years, but the chips were bizarre. It had a sweet fruit taste with a bacon finish.

I tried the strawberry covered pancakes at IHOP, and it was truly disgusting. They were frozen strawberries that were thawed. They tasted soggy and lukewarm. I was warned by my college friends not to order it, but I did anyway.

I became very ill with gastrointestinal problems that night.

The chips were a source of revenue for IHOP and it was meant to bring brand awareness to more people.
