Whole Foods, Trader Joes, and Albertsons have stores at the same intersection...it is an upscale area.

The Marketplace stores are more upscale than a standard Fry's

I'm surprised the Albertsons is still open. The Whole Foods at that intersection wasn't very good. It was pretty small. I could see Albertsons going away and Whole Foods taking that larger space.

I think based on what I've seen of the Kroger Divisions Frys is probably more likely to make this work than the other divisions I've visited. Frys seems very good at having multiple formats and supporting one off features in individual locations.
