If I still lived in that area, I likely would shift to shopping this location. There's a nice shopping center around it with a lot of boxes and options, plus Boeing right there.

About once a month we would make a trip to WinCo in Kent (at the time Edmonds or Marysville hadn't opened) and a browse and eat at the IKEA store.

In my experience, WinCo hasn't been a landlord beyond perhaps being the anchor to a center with other shops, but not usually a sub-divided building.

I know the Marysville WinCo store was a new build (where all the other WinCo stores in the area were built in existing structures) that has a strip of other retail on one side of the building, but it looks like the store was built at the same time as all of the other stuff in that shopping center so I think that would be under the control of the management company (ROIC) that owns the rest of it.
