Ok. Thank you Knight!! Even if SE grocers starts to show profitability at some point — I believe lone star will feast on them again.

I would be surprised if Southeastern Grocers posts profitability. I doubt it will happen with expenses mounting.

Not sure where you are getting your information. Some of it is accurate, but much of it is just your opinion. Since SEGrocers is privately held, you will never know anything about their financial situation, such as if they are profitable or not.

It is difficult to ignore the facts of Lone Star Funds' acquisition of BI-LO from Ahold and its journey into Southeastern Grocers, the 2018 bankruptcy, and the stores that have closed and are closing.

I have not heard anything lately about Winn-Dixie store locations in Louisiana.

The 7 WD stores closing are all in Florida, for now. What's left in Louisiana is safe.
