Oregon had pseudoephedrine requiring a prescription until recently--perhaps the local pharmacy lobby (like in one of the Dakotas) is strong and helps independents stay relevant.

There's a new Cascade Farm store opening in Hood River soon

I wonder if this is a new build or taking over an existing store. Bi-Mart doesn't appear to have a store in Hood River.
