Not sure what Nordstrom was thinking here in the first place. The Nordstrom Grill in the Bellevue Square store seemed to be quite popular, but it was closed and replaced with Tom Douglas' Department Bento in March of 2018. There was significant backlash at the time the grill closed, and its replacement lasted only a bit more than a year before it closed down as well. Nordstrom Grill will be returning to its original space soon.
