Supervalu Shop 'n Save Buys Rinderer’s Drug Stores

Supervalu's division: Shop 'n Save has bought all six Rinderer’s Drug Stores.
Supervalu will keep 3 open and close 3. The 3 closing stores will have their prescription files transferred to Shop ’n Save grocery stores.
This is an interesting move for Supervalu. They haven't run drug stores since selling off Sav-On to CVS. Supervalu most likely just wanted the profitable prescription sales from these stores. They don't really have any intention of running a drug store chain.
