This shopping center had some recent sudden closures. Great Clips closed suddenly and was cleared out in just days ready for a new tenant. It turned into a COVID testing site. The Pizza Hut closed and was transformed into a funeral home just a short time later. Pizza to cremations!

These are some odd tenant changes. Sounds like a landlord making some interesting decisions.

Cannot imagine a Pizza Hut turned funeral home. There is a grocery store turned funeral home in Reno. The store was rather creepy even when it was a store.

COVID testing centers are in high demand. Appointments are sought after. The funeral business is booming. So many more people are dying. My father died and we had to wait months before he was cremated. There were so many COVID deaths that the crematorium could not keep up with the demand. The shopping center figured these new tenants really would draw in more traffic.
