Not sure if these tags just ended up in Reno or if they are really running this in all markets. Seems like it shouldn't really be run other than around Salt Lake City and maybe the Idaho locations.

First time I have ever seen Smiths do a promotion like this. I know other Kroger divisions have done similar promotions in the past.
