I'm not sure what happened to Providence's large office space they had in the center, perhaps that relocated as well (or went 100% remote). I haven't been over there in some time.
Providence had an office in Lloyd Center where the old movie in-mall movie theater was located. I wasn't aware of any Providence office at Mall 205.

I'm not surprised they found two big box stores to move in. While retail vacancies are up in the Portland market. Well located 40,000+ Sq ft. are hard to find due to the tight urban growth boundary that has always made it challenging for large for.at retailers to find space.
