Any memories of Robinsons-May in Beverly Hills CA?

Anybody have memories of shopping at the old Robinsons-May in Beverly Hills CA next to the Beverly Hilton (store entrance on 9900 Wilshire Blvd, parking entrance on 9900 Santa Monica Blvd)?

I am currently part of the production crew for a fine arts festival that is temporarily using the old Robinsons lot (an old directional sign for parking with the Robinsons-May logo is the only thing left standing from the store's days). The store opened in 1952 (as a Luckman/Pereira designed building) as JW Robinsons branch store #2 and closed 2006 as Robinsons-May (in consolidation with Macy's at Westfield Century City). The building and its parking lot demolished in 2014 to make way for a Chinese-oriented shopping mall but those plans canceled after the City of Beverly Hills rezoned the site as residential and later this year, construction will begin on the lot for a condo complex to be called "One Beverly Hills". The dirt lot is currently managed by the Beverly Hilton and is primarily used for large outdoor events that require temporary buildings or giant circus tents to be constructed on site.
