Two examples of Texas-based supermarket private brand products that appeared in Southern California stores:

In 2018, Bodega Latina (dba El Super) acquired FIesta Mart stores. Just last week, Fiesta Mart-branded foam drink cups debuted at El Super stores in Southern California, temporarily replacing their Selecto brand.

United Supermarkets' "DeHarina" brand of gourmet flour tortillas appeared in Albertsons/Vons/Pavilions stores in Southern California immediately after Albertsons acquired United.

Are these one-off appearances (perhaps due to shortages?) or are the stores regularly carrying them?

Could be stores regularly carrying them. Even with the talk of Californians moving to Texas, there are more Texans than one would think moving out here. I see a lot of Texas license plates down here in San Diego area.
