Top Food in Abderdeen

So, what did this store used to be? It is unlike any other Top Food I've seen. The layout is identical to a WinCo but on a much smaller scale. It also has an odd drive through window sticking out of the side of the bakery that doesn't appear to be in use.
Also, the pharmacy in this store closed as of July 2010 and store hours were reduced as of January 2011 to 7 AM to 10 PM.
I've been to about 6 Haggen/Top Stores in recent months and I really get the vibe Haggen is in big, big trouble. It is unfortunate; their quality seems as good as ever, but their prices... are really bad. And the stores are either marginally busy or just dead. The employees range from very good to very indifferent. The stores are all looking tired.
