For some reason they didn't target Crown Poly, I wonder why. They make many of the same bags, but are also one of the few manufacturers who makes Compostable plastic bags in the US...

The manufacturers will have no problem proving this. Expect the recycled content on the plastic bags to mysteriously rise well above 40% in short order as a result of this probe though.
