The company is hiring 15,000 workers comprising full and part time employees ahead of burrito season which lasts from March to May. These employees will be kept on beyond burrito season.
Chipotle really seems to be successful these days. Perhaps Subway could start serving burritos.

WHO decided when burrito season starts and ends? Does it coincide with Imodium season?

Sales increases due to ongoing price increases. Hiring need due to out of control turnover. Yes I know Wall Street loves them.
Chain has major execution, product quality, and morale issues. They used to be well run but seem to have completely fallen apart the past few years.
I'd rather take my chances at Taco Bell.
