Here is what I have in Reno, ignoring small additional fees which have also gone up. The bigger problem is prices went down a little during 2020 due to COVID and less demand so these increases now are even more drastic.

And while these prices are still well below the national average, that really doesn't help the consumer out who is facing a power bill that is $100 higher in February 2023 than it was in February 2022 who is also dealing with 20% increases in grocery prices, a rent increase, and price increases on just about anything else they pay for, while their wage went up 5-10% if they were lucky.
