Read the list of chains they've purchased and destroyed. It's a very sad graveyard. Gordon Biersch and Rock Bottom are owned by this faceless conglomerate that specializes in selling generic Sysco foods. All of these brands were good until taken over. This company brags about how great "shared services" are AKA generic crap food.

Krystal is pretty awful. One and done for me. Never again.
I'll give White Castle more chances even if the last time I tried to eat there, it was inedible.
