Eatertainment is struggling. The chain believes that it is a change in consumer behavior and they are remodeling restaurants to see if that helps.
Dave and Buster's used to be packed with people wall to wall. Customers would fight for tables. Now you can't even fill up the restaurant on a weekend.
People want a nice place to eat, but Dave and Buster's is really overpriced. You only go there for big parties or birthdays. You can find other cheaper places to have parties.
