It appears the merger is doing some integration of new item ideas now.

Del Taco is currently advertising Ramen Bowls

Jack in the Box is currently advertising Boba Tea

They really will try anything when it comes to new items. At least they are trying to have interesting new items. Unlike McDonalds- what is going on there? Nothing interesting at all. Too busy increasing prices, ripping out self serve beverage stations, and building giant UGLY black walls between the front counter and the prep area so the employees can pretend like they never see there is a customer at the register.
