What is interesting is the Boston Market Corporation itself has not filed.
I'm not sure if possibly he is personally guaranteeing various liabilities of the Corporation and how that may all play into the situation.
It will be interesting to see what the pieces look like when all is said and done.

That Irvine/Tustin location that had been reopened with new signs etc. is emptied out and has Sheriff eviction orders taped to the glass. What a waste of time and money.

The Reno one that closed still has most of the equipment inside last I looked. Signs up, lit up at night, etc.ClownLoach wrote: ↑December 25th, 2023, 9:38 pm That Irvine/Tustin location that had been reopened with new signs etc. is emptied out and has Sheriff eviction orders taped to the glass. The San Francisco location had eviction signs saying anyone entering the store would be subject to arrest. That is why the equipment just sits inside.

The plot thickens...
Again Oakland rockridge, San Jose Blossom Hill, and San Dimas are the last remaining California locations.

Sounds great but what is this supply chain they are tapping into? It seems like Boston Market's supply chain is broken from how it sounds...?
This Pandya doesn't run out of ideas I'll say that. They were trying to sell stores to franchisees but couldn't get that together since they had no franchising program and no money to get one going, and that caused many stores to close. Now this idea. Reminds me of what happened to Skipper's.
