Taco Bell Testing Shakes and Iced Coffee Drinks

Taco Bell and McDonald's says the future is Iced drinks. Taco Bell is testing shakes and blended coffee drinks.
McDonald's has opened up CosMc's where Iced drinks are a main focus. Starbucks and Tim Hortons generate most of their sales by cold drinks. Gen Z ordered cold drinks more than hot drinks. Those Frappuccinos make a lot of money. McDonald's has their own frozen blended drinks and now Taco Bell wants to cash in.
If all of these companies are going into shakes and cold drinks, isn't this overkill?
Shakes and cold drinks will further slow down the line at Taco Bell. Those blended ice drinks can take a long time to make.
