Dollar Tree announced that the main price point is going from $1.25 to $1.50.

Supposedly it is new items being brought in at $1.50.
This is going to be a nightmare these stores are a mess and scan accuracy is going to be a huge problem. Also the fact that they write up employees who have too many "line voids" in a shift (some report from corporate comes out and tells them who to write up, someone could sell hundreds of items in a shift and if they have 10-15 line voids- write up) and I'm not sure their cash register has a price check function. They better figure out a way to do price checks.
