Moving into a former Dollar Tree location between a Walmart Neighborhood Market and an Ace Hardware, which is just about perfect for Trader Joes (another in our area is also attached to an Ace).
This is the core retail area for this part of the Milwaukie - Oak Grove - Gladstone ... and even Oregon City corridor for commuters and locals alike.
