BP is moving forward with its epic goods brand that features candy, food, and bottled beverages. They also want to expand the brand to motor oil, electronics, and other merchandise.
The brand will be available at AMPM, Thornton's, and TravelCenters of America. The brand is not available at franchise locations under the name of Petro.
The old AMPM app has been discontinued. It used to give you free scratcher games where you could win food items such as free cookies, drinks, and sandwiches. I would win packs of cookies, fountain drinks, hot coffee, from time to time. Now this Earnify app just gives you points and 5 cents off per gallon of gas at BP, AMOCO, or AMPM. You also earn points at TravelCenters of America and Petro.

Re: BP epic goods Brand & Earnify
AMPMs in SoCal/NV/AZ still use the old app... Also the TA/Petro sites up here in Nevada do not have anything to do with this Earnify app (they have Mobil or Sinclair branded fuel).Alpha8472 wrote: ↑November 2nd, 2024, 6:08 am BP is moving forward with its epic goods brand that features candy, food, and bottled beverages. I wonder why it isn't available at Petro "franchise" units. It sounds like TA has it and some of those are franchises too. Petro is a Corporate operation out in Sparks so it will be interesting to see if they have it there.
I also am not sure about putting the same brand on motor oil as food. I mean, BP/Amoco/Arco is an oil company. Bp owns the Castrol brand. Why don't they want to put their own name on the motor oil? Seems redundant to bother with motor oil on this brand.
BP needs to do something very quickly with the TA/Petro c-store program. It is terrible and they don't even come off as a chain c-store. They either need to insert the AM PM program (merchandising, promotions, drink dispensing equipment) or insert the Thornton's program even if they do that without putting the AM PM or Thornton's brand on the sites.
