Kroger closing 2 Triangle Stores

Alabama, Arkansas, Florida, Georgia, Louisiana, Mississippi, North Carolina, South Carolina, and Tennessee. No non-grocery posts.

Kroger closing 2 Triangle Stores

I read that Kroger is closing 2 Raleigh, NC Stores, one from 2002 and one from 1993.

This leaves them with 9 stores in that market.

They said they do not have any new stores or other upgrades planned in that market at this time. Now that they are hitting some of the markets where they don't have much share with upgrades, such as Richmond, I don't think this bodes well for them in that market.
