This is a Sad Day, OSH Stride itself on customer service

OSH was always a place to go to find friendly helpful employees. It was the number one feature that attracted so many people. Even when it was part of Sears, OSH had lots of employees who were knowledgeable. When Lowe's takes over, OSH is doomed. The friendly personal service will be gone.

Lowe's will just use those stores as empty shells for their impersonal warehouse stores.

Never been inside an OSH store, but if the Lowe's closest to me is any indication, service will no longer exist in these stores.
