I was at Rite Aid today and found a TopCare branded bottle of isopropyl alcohol.
The normal Rite Aid branded bottles of isopropyl alcohol were missing. There were some bottles of other Rite Aid branded products nearby and the bottles were identical to the TopCare bottles.
Apparently, the company that makes the generic store brand products for Rite Aid alcohol also makes Topco's TopCare branded products.

When I worked at CVS we would occasionally get in Shaw's brand bags of candy (gummy bears, etc.) instead of the CVS brand; they were in the exact same cardboard boxes. It makes sense they'd have a lot of the same suppliers both being from New England; this was before Shaw's became part of Albertson's though so that may no longer be the case.
