It seems the space has been in marketing and TJ Maxx wants the space (and some surrounding spaces).
I wonder how many other Save Mart owned stores are in marketing by landlords and will just shutter when another tenant wants the space. Given that this Mountain View Store did pretty well, I am kind of surprised.
I have heard other parties have expressed interest in two of the painfully low volume property owned by "ALB NOCAL INVESTOR LLC" Reno Save Marts but the company refuses to let go of the locations. Funny how these things work.
