Not surprising. This looks like a store that has not done well for quite some time. It did not even get a full ASC Lucky remodel in the mid 1990's; it still has white floors and blue checkerboard around the perimeter. It is probably a mid 1980's build store; 45,000 or so square feet with nice size fresh areas, coffin freezers, extremely low volume, and very very tired.
Probably a few more Save Mart locations in Sacramento and suburbs that need to close but they somehow keep hanging on. Probably about 4 Nevada locations that also should have been closed a long time ago but they keep running them, poorly as ever.
